Monday
So I was finally done being sick… only for Katie to be sick
this following week! What a bunch of fun… not. Poor girl. Anyways, we ended up
just sticking around the house that morning. We had considered doing dumplings
but we didn’t want her to get more sick so we stayed in, just chilled, and
finally went to school for lunch.
Which was lame.
I ended up trying to do my America-I-Leave-Soon presentation
which was a mistake because it made all the kids super sad, and begged for my
QQ number and it took a while to get to the next lesson. They weren’t too out
of control, luckily, and after that it went okay.
Class 2 was better behaved, but definitely too enthusiastic!
Ugh, I’m such an adult and it makes me feel like the Grinch telling the kids to
cool it, but… yeah. They’re great kids, seriously, but I’ve got to try and make
sure they learned something from me…
I finished teaching and Katie went out to teach after that.
I had a few kids come by, hers and mine, before I shooed them back to their
classes.
When Katie finished, we ate a quick dinner and headed
straight home. There was a new Once Upon A Time episode, so we watched that and
then headed off to bed!
